Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
